The Casadei Flexa 607 and Flexa 607XE (Electronic Version) are heavy-duty, industrial automatic edgebanding machines engineered by the SCM Group for medium-to-large woodworking shops and industrial furniture manufacturers. Machine Structure & Feed System
Heavy-Duty Steel Base: Torsion-free welded steel frame designed to absorb vibrations and guarantee structural stability during continuous operation.
Track Feed System: Precision transport chain with high-friction rubber pads running on hardened steel guideways to prevent panel shifting.

Infeed & Glue Application Units
Pre-Milling Unit (RT-V): Dual counter-rotating diamond cutterheads remove edge imperfections and chip-outs from panel edges prior to gluing.
Granulate Glue Pot (GP-V): Teflon-coated quick-melt glue basin for EVA/PUR hot-melt adhesives, featuring automatic temperature lowering during idle periods to prevent glue degradation.
Pneumatic Pressure Zone: Multi-stage roller pressure section with pneumatic pressure control to guarantee seamless bond lines.
Processing & Finishing Units
End Trimming Unit (K-2): High-precision dual-motor end trimmers mounted on linear guides for straight and chamfered cutting of leading and trailing edges.
Fine Trimming Unit (R-V): Top and bottom trimming motors equipped with multi-profile radius and straight cutters.
Corner Rounding Unit (ROUND 2M / 4M): Motorized corner rounding unit for smooth, seamless processing of panel edges and corners without stopping the workpiece.
Edge Scraping & Glue Scraping Units (RAS-V / SCR): Removes cutter marks from PVC/ABS edges and cleans surplus glue from panel surfaces.

Automatische einseitige Kantenanleimmaschine für die Heißklebeverklebung von Kanten an allen vier Seiten gerader Paneele mit anschließender Kantenbearbeitung.
Das Gestell besteht aus gefalteten und verschweißten Stahlblechen und zeichnet sich durch hohe Stabilität aus. Öffnungen mit Auswurfschächten entleeren nicht abgeführte Späne.
Der aus gefalteten und verschweißten Stahlblechen gefertigte und von Stahlsäulen getragene Oberpressbalken gewährleistet eine vibrationsfreie Konstruktion für die Montage der Arbeitseinheiten.
Die zweireihig angeordneten Andruckrollen auf der Schiene bestehen aus griffigem Gummi und sind kugelgelagert. Eine Schutzvorrichtung schützt die Rollen vor Spänen.
Der Anpressbalken wird manuell am Maschineneinlauf angehoben und verfügt über eine numerische Positionsanzeige.
Der Paneeleinlauf besteht aus einem Auflagetisch und einer seitlichen Führung für die korrekte Einlegung.
Eine Kontrollleuchte am Oberpressbalken zeigt die korrekte Paneelvorschubgeschwindigkeit und den Betriebszustand der Maschine an.
Die oberen Arbeitseinheiten sind am Anpressbalken, die unteren am Holm befestigt, um eine präzise Positionierung des Paneels zu gewährleisten.
Alle Hochfrequenzmotoren werden von einem statischen Frequenzumrichter (Wechselrichter) gespeist.
Die Maschine ist über ihre gesamte Länge mit einer Schutzverkleidung versehen, die durch Polycarbonatfenster die Beobachtung der Arbeitseinheiten während des Betriebs ermöglicht.
Die Sauganschlüsse für die Arbeitseinheiten befinden sich an der Oberseite der Verkleidung.
Das Bedienfeld ist ergonomisch am Maschineneinlauf positioniert und somit bequem vom Arbeitsplatz aus bedienbar.
Die elektrische Anlage befindet sich im Inneren des Sockels und ist durch abschließbare Türen für Wartungsarbeiten leicht zugänglich. Das System entspricht den geltenden Vorschriften.
Der Plattentransport erfolgt über eine Schiene mit griffigen, gummierten Gleitflächen und einer Industriekette mit 3/4"-Gliedern.
Die Gleitflächen gleiten auf zwei gehärteten Stahlführungen – einer runden und einer flachen –, die einen linearen Transport des Werkstücks und Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen seitliche Belastungen gewährleisten.
Die Gleitflächen werden manuell geschmiert.
Die Plattentragerolle ist außerhalb der Schiene über die gesamte Maschinenlänge angeordnet. Sie verfügt über ein Teleskop-Öffnungssystem mit Linearführungen und Kunststoff-Gleitrollen mit Stahldrehbolzen.
