Nescut 2141 is designed to size furniture, cabinet and casework panels in an upright working layout. It is suited to workshops that want a clear panel-cutting flow while using floor space more efficiently than a wide horizontal cutting table.
The operator panel includes vertical-lock and horizontal-lock functions. The guarded circular-saw head travels on the machine frame so the selected cut direction can be set within the vertical sizing workflow.
A digital measuring stop and linear scale provide the positioning reference. The operator aligns the panel with the planned cut value and uses the machine controls and support system to preserve the selected position.
The lower roller line and movable panel supports carry the panel against the upright frame. This arrangement helps guide the workpiece during initial positioning and when it must be moved for the next cut.
The control station brings together start, stop, emergency stop, vertical lock, horizontal lock and roller commands. Phase, thermal and air-status indicators help the operator monitor the machine before and during the cutting cycle.
The cutting-head area provides a connection point for the workshop extraction system. Duct routing, airflow and the final connection should be planned together with the machine position and the facility’s dust-control infrastructure.
Share the panel materials, minimum and maximum panel formats, typical cut plan, target daily volume, available installation area and the facility’s extraction, electrical and compressed-air conditions. The final machine and site requirements are then confirmed for the intended production flow.
