The Trakmet TTS1200-60 is a heavy-duty industrial band sawmill engineered for high-precision, continuous cutting of large-diameter logs. Integrated with an automated hydraulic log loading deck (cross-conveyor ramp), this system optimizes timber throughput while minimizing labor requirements and operator fatigue.
Structural & Operational Features:
Saw Head & Flywheels: Equipped with large 800 mm diameter band wheels to minimize blade stress and extend service life. It utilizes 60 mm wide saw blades, which eliminate the need for blade rolling and can be serviced using standard sharpeners.
Heavy-Duty Bed Structure: Built on a rigid frame made of closed steel profiles (200 x 120 x 6 mm), further reinforced by CNC-machined steel plates for vibration suppression and long-term geometric accuracy.
Hydraulics & Log Deck: The full-hydraulic log handling system includes a live log loading ramp/deck, hydraulic log levellers, heavy-duty chain turners, alignment rollers, and powerful log clamps capable of manipulating logs up to 5 metric tons.
Control Unit & Automation: Features an ergonomic standalone operator console with a digital cut thickness controller (Micron-Pro / ISP-12F) for precise head positioning (30 mm/s) and variable frequency drive (VFD) for infinitely variable feed speed.
