This machine is designed for processing round timber. Its throughput depends on the log diameter and the desired lumber thickness, averaging 1–2 m³/hour. Due to its significant material savings and cutting accuracy of 0.5 mm, the TTP-600 band saw is widely used in sawmills, private homes, joineries, and the furniture industry. An innovative feature of the TTP-600 band saw is the guide roller track, which is tightly fitted with a PK multi-groove belt. This prevents sawdust and resin from getting between the track and the belt, and also prevents the belt from being pinched. This solution ensures stable, smooth, and quiet sawing operation, eliminates vibrations, improves cutting accuracy, and extends the saw blade's service life by up to 40%. The TTP-600 also features fast, double-sided chain positioning.
